Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for MHS Referral Program
 

  1. Referral Submission: When a Referral Partner(RP) refers our moving company through our website, the referral partner should receive a “Thank You” email and one of our Move Coordinators will contact the referred client.  

  2. Completion of Service: If the referred customer chooses to use our services, we will notify the referring party via email about the booked services. After the moving service is completed and full payment is received, the RP will be informed about their $100 Visa Gift Card.

  3. Awarding of Gift Card: The $100 Visa Gift Card is a reward for the referring party (RP) when a customer they referred completes a moving service with us and makes full payment. It’s our way of saying thank you for the referral!

    1. After the referred party pays in full, the RP will be eligible to receive a $100 Visa gift card.

    2. The gift card will be awarded within 30 days of the referral status being updated to “Completed.”

  4. Eligibility:

    1. Only referrals that result in the completion of moving services and full payment by the referred customer are eligible for the $100 gift card. 

    2. Referrals made before the implementation of this program are not eligible.

  5. Limitations:

    1. Each referring partner can receive a maximum of one (1) $100 gift card per referred customer, regardless of the number of services booked by the referred customer.

    2. The $100 gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

  6. Disqualification: Referrals found to be fraudulent, submitted by automated means, or otherwise violating the spirit of the referral program may be disqualified at the discretion of Moultrie Home Services LLC (MHS).

  7. Modifications and Termination:

    1. MHS reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

    2. In the event of termination, referrals submitted before termination will be honored under the terms that were in effect at the time of submission.
